Valor Park project by CES M&E Services

CES M&E Services are proud to have been appointed to deliver the MEP works at Valor Park, one of the largest industrial refurbishment projects currently underway in the UK.

At 500,000 sq ft, Valor Park is a significant scheme by any measure. To put the scale into context, the building spans approximately 370 metres in length and 120 metres in depth, making it a vast and highly complex environment for mechanical and electrical coordination.

This appointment represents an important milestone for CES M&E Services and reflects both the scale of the project and the confidence placed in our team to deliver within a demanding industrial setting.

A Major Industrial Refurbishment

Valor Park is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment, positioning it as one of the largest live industrial unit refurbishments in the country. Projects of this size require meticulous planning, robust systems design and a disciplined approach to on-site delivery.
