Over the summer, CES M&E Services have made strong and consistent progress across a number of live projects throughout London, demonstrating the breadth of our mechanical and electrical expertise across multiple sectors.

Working across office, commercial and education environments, each project has presented its own challenges – from complex coordination requirements and evolving design considerations to the practical realities of delivering high-quality MEP installations within active, fast-paced sites. What unites them all is a shared focus on collaboration, technical precision and reliable delivery.

As projects moved from early design refinement into advanced stages on site, our teams have worked closely with clients, consultants and main contractors to ensure services are coordinated, compliant and seamlessly integrated into the overall build.

Conduit Street – Office Fit-Out

Located in the heart of London’s West End, the Conduit Street project involves a high-quality office fit-out where attention to detail and coordination are essential. CES M&E Services have delivered mechanical and electrical installations designed to support modern, flexible working environments, balancing performance, efficiency and aesthetic considerations within a premium commercial setting.

Highgate Studios – Office Fit-Out

Highgate Studios is a mixed-use commercial development spread across multiple buildings and floors, offering a variety of CAT A office spaces alongside communal areas and end-of-journey facilities. CES M&E Services have progressed the installation of electrical infrastructure, lighting and containment systems, maintaining an exposed galvanised finish to complement the building’s industrial character.

London Wall – Office Fit-Out

At London Wall, CES M&E Services have been working within a demanding central London location, delivering office fit-out works that require careful planning and sequencing. The project highlights our ability to coordinate mechanical and electrical services efficiently within constrained environments while maintaining programme and quality standards.

Channing School – Education Project

Our work at Channing School reflects CES’s experience within the education sector, where safety, reliability and minimal disruption are key. The project has involved delivering robust mechanical and electrical solutions tailored to a learning environment, ensuring systems support both day-to-day use and long-term performance.

Looking Ahead

Across all four projects, the past few months have been defined by collaboration, problem-solving and steady momentum on site.
