CES M&E Services have been busy working on an independent girls school based in North London, called Channing.
The redevelopment of Brunner House focuses on delivering state-of-the-art facilities to support learning and creativity.
We are proud to be working on another project with our valued client Curo Construction on this significant project in Highgate, within the London Borough of Haringey.
This new contract commenced, CES are delivering a multi million pound MEP package providing new Classrooms, IT Suites and Science Labs. It will enable the school to rationalise its science department and provide Design Technology as part of its curriculum for the first time.
Our current progress consists of
🟢 Electrical containment install;
🟢 Domestic water services;
🟢 LTHW heating;
🟢 Above ground drainage;
🟢 Gas supplies to lab desks.
This project is being delivered by Rob Miller our new Project Manager.
➡️ Phase 1: Will run until October.
➡️ Phase 2: Is a refurbishment of the existing connecting building to commence straight after.
