CES M&E Services have completed the M&E works at Highgate Studios, London, delivering a CAT A fit-out for our valued client Fado.
✅ The project included core area refurbishment, end-of-journey facilities and toilet facilities, alongside nine individual Cat A office units prepared for future occupation.
Our scope included:
✔ EncapSulite architectural lighting EncapSulite
✔ DALI lighting control systems
✔ New LV power distribution
✔ New lateral sub-mains
✔ ELV & LV containment management systems
✔ Fire alarm system with integrated mechanical shutdown
✔ Power outlet installations throughout
