CES were contracted to carry out the complete Design and Build Contract for all MEP services to Anglia Ruskin University Campus Chelmsford and Cambridge. The nurse and medical staff training rooms were created with all live services. The rooms were designed to look and operate like a regular hospital wards.

Mechanical services consisted of
• Medical gas
• Ventilation
• Plumbing and drainage.

Electrical services consisted of
• Lighting
• Small power
• Medical bed head trunking
• Fire alarms, access control and BMS.

Clean lines and wipe down surface products were chosen to enable the staff to maintain the areas much as they would within a typical hospital environment. A mixture of recessed DALI dimmable LED light panels were installed along with Linear LED lighting within the communal spaces.
