We are pleased to share another Education ‘project showcase’ of The Medical Training Facility at Barnet & Southgate College, located in North London; working alongside a regular client of ours, T&B Contractors.

The refurbishment of this existing building was carried out to provide training facilities for nursing and social care students.

The building is split over two floors providing traditional classroom’s, IT rooms & nurse training rooms, all set up to mimic a hospital ward.

The project duration was 24 weeks.

CES’s scope was to carry out complete new installations to all MEP systems throughout the building

Our mechanical services consisted of:
– New heating & cooling.
– New domestic hot water systems.
– Above ground drainage and Passive ventilation all controlled via central BMS system.

Electrical systems consisted of:
– New small power, lighting, mains distribution, containment.
– Fire and security, Data, Disabled refuge & Nursecall.
