The team CES M&E Services are pleased to have delivered the Brent Civic Centre, Library Refurbishment in Wembley; working with our valued client Willmott Dixon Interiors.

• We have created a brilliant new educational space & office environment for the Brent and it’s community.

• This exciting project was delivered over a 20 week construction programme.

• To complement the existing exposed concrete structure, CES installed exposed galvanised conduit to contain all lighting & small power systems.

• A complete new Dali dimming lighting control system was installed to control the suspended Linear LED lighting system.

• New floor boxes complete with power & data connecting into below floor power track were installed to suit the flexible desk &
working environment.

• Modifications to the existing fire, sprinkler & PAVA systems was carried out to provide coverage to
the newly created meeting pods.
