Matt and Dan are always looking to improve – always investing and looking at the industry and ways to innovate, whereas a lot of contractors stagnate.

Answer

Our relationship with Matt – put two similar companies together and it works.

Are there any specific staff members you have engaged with who have particularly impressed you? Please provide their name/s & reason why?

Answer

Their estimator Josh is very good – picks up on potential risks at tender stage. Jim and Tristan are both great managers – very reliable and know their projects, and work well with our guys.

We agreed at the end of this project we’ll do a lessons learned with the team, so we can improve.
