Mount Ephriam Care Home had a large scale extension increasing the occupancy to 57 bedrooms; all with lounges, dinning rooms and en-suites.

CES carried out the complete MEP Design and Build Contract, consisting of:
• Electrical
• HVAC
• EV chargers
• Fire alarms
• Plumbing and heating works.

• Each bedroom had its own ensuite facilities which CES supplied and installed all plumbing and drainage services.

• Numerous lounges and dining rooms were located around the building providing relaxing areas for the residents.

• Feature pendants and LED strip lighting was installed within the main listed building.
