CES M&E Services have successfully delivered a refurbishment project for the NHS staff at Wellington House, Waterloo Road. The phased refurbishment was carried out in a live office environment to reduce disruption to building users, including NHS operational and administrative teams. We were appointed by the main contractor, Willmott Dixon Interiors who we have a long-standing relationship with.

This consisted of full M&E services:
– 9 floors of a complete toilet refurbishment programme.
– New male, female, and gender neutral disabled DDA Compliant WCs.
– Waterless urinals, helping the building save water.
– Electrical services.
– Fire alarms.
– Hot & Cold services.
