CES M&E Services were awarded the electrical contract to rewire all services during the £5million refurbishment project from Eric Parry Architects and Buxton Building Contractors. This project won a RIBA London Award 2024.

The following systems were installed:

• LV distribution Systems
• Fire Alarm
• Lighting Control System
• Data System
• CCTV
• Access Control
• Intruder Alarm
• Solar PV
• Disabled Refuge.

The challenging project saw us have to route containment systems, concealing all new wiring systems around this 200 year old building. Our works within the basement “Crypt area” consisted of install bare copper Pyro cabling, clipped direct to the exposed brickwork to be in keeping with the heritage feel. New modern offices were created, with Linear LED lighting incorporating specialist energy saving lighting control systems. This solution dimmed the lights according to lighting levels outside.
